MAKING IMPROVMENTS

After getting feedback from Professor Krikun and realizing the horizontals of the river were making it feel too wooden and static, I overhauled the river’s flow using drawn perspective lines and the warp tool to force the chocolate ribbons into a shape that lay in a decent forced perspective. I then used the liquify tool to try to give the water some flow, which improved it somewhat, but this is a tool that I really need to spend a lot of time with to get it right. I may need to go in and redraw some perspective -correct water swirls to help guide the complex warping grid of Liquify.
